Monday morning?!?! Dont hate Monday morning, look at it as a new week...new start!! I will admit I havent been good with consistency! After my surgery in September I wasnt able to workout and then I got frustrated because I couldnt do what I used to do....Then I started a new job at the beginning of the month, this is a job I had been trying to get for over a year!!! My normal routine was disrupted (for good cause) and it threw me off.... I leave my house at 6:15am and dont get home until 5:30pm. When I get home I tired but still have dinner, kids, homework, baths,etc.... Once I am done with all that I myself am ready for bed! The stress of my husband being ill has also taken quite the toll on me lately as well. So the reason I told you the above information.... Well because I try to use that as an excuse to not workout. Family first right? I need to provide for my family, take care of them and focus on my career?! True.... And yes could be a excuses BUT.... I know that all it takes is that 30 minutes a day to get my heart rate up or even just some yoga, something active, and I feel less stressed and able to do more for my family!! So that 30 minutes of me time is very important!! If I dont take care of myself and I get sick or run down then who will take care of my family?!?! Anyone can find 30 minutes in their day!! Excuses are easier to find! If you take all the time you used to make excuses you could have been done working out already!! So here is to combat in the morning!!!
