Monday was back to business. Therapy at 10:30am, then injections at 2:00pm. Jake got to experience his first taxi ride in Downtown. Drivers here still amaze me. There are stop signs, I believe, but no one stops and I mean NO ONE! Everyone just seems to merge everywhere. I dont know how they do it. We thought about renting a car but I just dont know if we can drive here without getting in an accident. We sure do miss Tommy since hes gone back to the states. Work was piling up and needed his immediate attention so he had to go back. Jake arrived the day Tommy went home. Chance had a rough night last night with fever and aches. He only slept a couple of hours before he had to get up for therapy this morning. I hate not being able to help him feel better. I do all I can but its not like when he was little and I could fix everything with medicine and comforting. I tell him that God wouldnt have led us here and put his body through this if he didnt mean to heal him. I tell him this will all be worth everything he is doing. I know he is strong, as Ive said many times the strongest person I know, but this takes a different kind of courage and strength. This is trying the unknown with faith it will work. FAITH is a word we use many times daily. FAITH is something we have all day every day. FAITH is what will get us through this and Chances faith will be rewarded. He rested most of the afternoon because of not sleeping last night. Hes feeling better, just tired. Another night of eating pizza and watching movies. :) Tomorrow is therapy and injections. Hope he does better. Please continue to keep Chance in your prayers.
