More Great News! We have a facility! Today, we worked out a deal where a local entity (to be named soon) will purchase the Fisher Street (Child Development Incorporated) facility and lease it back to us for a nominal monthly fee. This will give us time to create a separate capital campaign and raise funds to purchase the building, and execute a phased approach to renovating the building. This will also allow us to focus our fundraising and planning efforts towards achieving our goal of opening One City Early Learning Centers for our babies in June 2015! More on this soon! We also received a strong endorsement today for One City from Wisconsin State Journals editorial board. See below. Momentum is building! Onward.
