Morning Announcements Friday, November 8, 2013 S1: Good Morning Aikahi! I am 4th grader, Lucy Chung. S2:And I am 5th grader, Anja Uithol. Today is Friday, November 8th, a “D” day. These are your announcements. S1:Please rise for the Pledge of Allegiance (wait 10 seconds) Ready, begin: I pledge allegiance, to the flag, of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. S2:Please pause for a moment of silence and think about how you can be responsible by freezing when you hear the recess bell (wait 10 seconds and then…) Please be seated (Wait 10 seconds.) Our lunch menu for today is: Oven Baked Chicken, steamed rice, three bean salad, pineapple and muffin. S1:Thank you to all who purchased Festival of Giving tickets to support the Student Council. Tickets will be delivered to your classrooms today. The Festival of Giving is at the Windward Mall from November 9-11. Don’t forget to take advantage of those great pre-Christmas discounts! (pause) Today is the last day of Parent Conferences so students will be released at 12:30.
