Most of my friends and relatives identify as Christian. As an outspoken non-believer, an activist for atheism, I sometimes get flack from some Christian friends and relatives. This article identifies and elaborates on a trend I have noticed and explains neatly the difference between those believers who are more mainstream, liberal and rational (I totally respect believers whose theology falls into this category) and those believers who are more evangelical/charismatic (a group that is, at best, highly irrational, and whose theology I have very little time for).
