Most of you know, that besides my filmmaking and busy commercial work that I worked at Tulsa Community College and had done so for some time. Recently I accepted an offer with Bank of Oklahoma and am moving forward with a new phase of life. New skills and opportunities await. Im leaving my role as IT supervisor for Owasso, Metro, West, Glenpool, Riverside, Dick Conners and Turley correctional campuses. (I had also ran Southeast and the Educational Outreach at 21st prior to my move downtown.) There wasnt much I didnt know about TCC. My job title doesnt really explain the scope of the work I did but I was responsible for most of the behind the scenes services involving the 5000 plus computers in offices and classrooms. I ran system servers and created global policies that controlled software, computer settings and I also managed a great team of 8 people. I enjoyed my work supporting the college and students. And I will miss my second family at TCC. But all good things must come to an end. Plus I needed a chance to grow past my current position. Im going to still be employed by the college on as needed basis in the evenings so my TCC email should stay active. Thanks to everyone for the congratulations and well wishes. Ill stay in touch!
