Most power outages have been restored around northern and central Indiana after thunderstorms moved across the state with winds topping 60 mph in some places. Indiana Michigan Power has restored service to about 95 percent of customers who lost power as a result of storms yesterday afternoon and crews are working to restore those customers as well as hundreds more who lost power as the result of a second storm that passed through overnight.
