Motorcycles will be out in full-force tomorrow for the annual "Fall Flood Run" between the Twin Cities and Winona. Up to 30,000 bikes are expected, which means both motorists and riders need to do their part to keep the event safe. DPS offers these safety tips for motorists and motorcyclists: -- Watch for motorcycles, and always #LookTwice before entering a roadway or changing lanes. -- Give riders room and check blind spots. -- Pay attention and drive at safe speeds. -- Wear the protective gear. -- Don’t drink and ride.
