Move of the week: Jumping Lunges This exercise seems tough to do, but follow this progression and youll be mastering this move in no time!! ⭐️start off doing alternating reverse lunges ⭐️work your way up to adding a slight push off or hop in between each leg ⭐️finally add a bigger hop to transition from your right leg to the left leg into the jumping lunge Work on this progression this week and make it your goal to do the jumping lunge by the end of the week...good luck!!
