Movie Jesus Presents: Blood Ties (Released 3/21/2014) Rating: 3/4 Stars REVIEW: Terrific casting, production design, and pacing help Blood Ties to overcome some of the more predictable aspects of its story. Two brothers on opposite sides of the law? Weve seen that bit before, and while this variation isnt a mold-breaker, it manages to generate enough interest in its characters to keep us engaged with their internal struggles. Clive Owen and especially Billy Crudup deliver magnetic performances.
