Much of our failings as a community could be due to the lack of people coming forward to take the lead and do what is necessary; beyond simply commenting and critiquing from the sidelines. If you do not feel like leading, support a leader that is championing a cause that makes sense to you. If you assess that the leader is not someone you would follow, find one and give your support. If you really find it hard to find one, then it becomes your responsibility to step up. If you do not want to step up and could not find a leader to support, then quietly do your best to help with whatever you can, to make the community move forward.
