SHALL WE VOTE IN LIEU OF DRACONIAN LAWS UNDER WHICH WE ARE BEEN FRACTURED?? by means of which 7 lakh army has been deployed to play havoc with the life,honour and property of hapless kashmiris. These draconian laws were not enacted by india itself, but it was either PDP or NATIONAL who paved the way,particularly Mufti Mohd Sayyid. IT was PDP patron under whoes cooperation J AND K PUBLIC SAFETY ACT 1978 was implemented in kashmir under which innumerable people of kashmir have been detained without any trial: Isnt it the DEATH OF JUSTICE ? Furthermore it was Mufti Mohd Sayyid who is responsible to formulate J AND K DISTURBED AREA ACT 1990.Under this law a simple army personnel is free to shoot any person on the context mere suspicion.Under its pilage thousands of people were killed and arrested in kashmir.It allows the state missionary for indiscriminate firing at any peacefull and unarmed demonstrations.Property in trillions was destroyed under this draconian law. To murder the justice in a lethal way another act called TADA 1990 was also put in to practice in which any person can be detained and caged upto life imprisonment with formulating reasons Muftis provisions didnt stop here.During the tenure of his home ministry ARMED FORCES SPECIAL POWERS ACT 1990 was brought into practice under which indian security can enter any house in any time.It is this act which ushered age of mass rapes in kashmir by indian forces. There are so many other draconian laws to violate the humanity in kashmir sponsored by PDP and National Conference head like POTA 2002,Prevention Amendment Act 2004,National Security Act and official secrets act(Ban on sensitive publications) The ist is very long and unending.PONDER A WHILE
