Music and PT has provided a lot of issues for me to think about. Music that is uptempo/upbeat is good in a lot of ways since Im challenging my muscles/contractures while walking. Although any workout is easier than stretching which I dont like but do anyway b/c its important. Other times music I remember from my childhood is good due to the feelings it brings back whatever the tempo or mood. And lately Ive also worked with putting very slow music on such as meditation and making a concerted effort to walk as slowly as possible. This keeps me from pushing too hard today and having muscles so tight I cant function tomorrow. In terms of cardio I can do a lot more than this which is why cycling will be easier although not the complete solution.
