My 180 Day Journey; Body Transformation. Day 26 of 180. Day - TopicsExpress

My 180 Day Journey; Body Transformation. Day 26 of 180. Day 5 of week 4. My 10:00AM weigh-in I am 266.4LBS. Starting weight was 295.4LBS Down 29lbs in 25 days. Getting close to ending the first month of my Journey and Im feeling great. Had a really tough training session yesterday with my daughter Amanda. The weather was really nice so we moved our weights to the rubber mats we have in the driveway and pulled dead-lifts for about 45 minutes. We each did 7 set of dead-lifts with 10 repetitions with 225lbs and 7 sets of rack pulls with 6 repetitions with 315lbs. All the pulls were done slowly and no bouncing the weights were allowed yesterday. There was less than two minutes between sets and no rest between the dead lifts and rack pulls. Needless to say the lower back, hips and legs are sore today. I only saw a drop in weight of 2/10 of a pound after that training session heres why.....When you break muscle tissue down your body will retain extra fluids in order to flush out the toxins created by the damage caused to the muscle fiber. Over the next 2-3 days the healing process will complete and the excess fluids will diminish and then I will see the results of my efforts. This is also the exact type of exercise needed to create a demand for more energy and keep the metabolism burning at an accelerated rate that will in fact burn more fat. You see I not only created a caloric expenditure I also created a need for energy to repair muscle tissue. Which make resistance exercise more effective at burning fat and preserving muscle tissue than cardiovascular exercise. I post the weight loss daily so you can see whats going on and I explain to you why the weight loss is slowing or dropping too fast. The focus is not weight loss, the focus is body fat loss! This is a life changing experience for me and a wonderful way for all of you to understand how to drop the fat! If any of you that live in the Houston are want to join the Journey you are more than welcome. Just send me a private message here on Facebook or email me at texasmetabolics@gmail. I look forward to hearing from you! Have a great weekend everyone!!!
