My 20s I spent being a health and fitness QUITTER and a yo-yo dieter. It took me EIGHT years to finally COMMIT and FINISH a workout program. I started in 2005 by seeing an infomercial for Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam. I was tired of feeling like CRAP, so I picked up the phone and ordered Turbo Jam, and, later, Turbo Fire. They asked me if I wanted a free coach, and I said NO. Who needs them anyway! I can do it ALL by MYSELF, right?!?! (those dang stubborn russians anyway! lol) I loved those workout programs because I adore Chalene Johnson. I was getting results but never finished those two programs.It was just little ol me trying to swim against a current of excuses and dont feel like it days. Lemme tell you.. In 2014 I made a commitment to FINISH P90X3 with someone who pushed me and believed in when I didnt believe in myself. (some of those workouts TESTED my will power for sure!). Lat year I GRADUATED fr the FIRST time! All because we created a small online challenge group, that helped us get through the BAD days. It saved my LIFE and pulled me out excuse hole and helped my succeed. Someone BELIEVED in me! How crazy awesome is that!!! Even though we run these challenge groups every month now, the excitement of new beginnings NEVER gets old. Those are REAL people just like me, who want to SUCCEED! It took ME 8 years to get it together, I believe that the experience taught me how to help others because I know exactly how they FEEL when they start: scared, unsure, and afraid of failure.
