My Dads 90th went well. He was in good spirits recognized a lot of people there and we had some Spanish comfort food. Arroz con pollo, salsa Lizano de Costa Rica, frijoles negros, pejivalles con mayonesa, sándwiches de espárragos, guacamole y tortillas, aceitunas con anchoa de España (thanks to my friend Karen, I mean her dad...lol), Corona, Rum & Horchata to wash it down. Strawberry/Mango whipped cream Birthday cake and cafe con leche. Most importantly Family and friends.
