My Dear Mother, just look at what my Heavenly Father blessed me to do. He has been preparing me for my accomplishments (by Gods Help) of spreading the Power of God throughout the world. YOU would not let me give up . . . would you . . . even when it seemed all odds were against me. Thank God He gave me to you. Today, God has blessed me to present a history about Sojourner Truth. God does, as the Scriptures tell us, work in mysterious ways to spread the word about unknown or little known American citizens who, without monuments erected in their memory, contributed MUCH to the growth of the United States of America. Little did I know that when Christine traveled from Los Angeles, California, bringing Brian, Monica and her children to our modest home in Stillwater, Minnesota, to do what God had placed on my heart to do, that this would turn out to be such a blessing to all who will take time to take note. What a Mighty God We Serve, as the lyrics say in the hymn I sang many times in church when I was a child and teenager.
