My Henry met with the Palliative Care Team at St Joes this midday. He was very clear in what his wishes were: To be able to tell all his family how much he loved and appreciated them; and that he was ready to let go and was hoping to be made more comfortable. He definetly took charge of the meeting, in Henry fashion. Tomorrow I will meet with Porters Hospice Care to make those arrangements. Thank you all so much for all your wonderful support, for both of us. I am hopeful that in the days to come he will be comfortable enough to receive visits from this precious community.
