My Mr was asking me, when it was nearing the time your dad died did you feel lonely & does it ever go away?? I told him, it would start in nov for me. Id be scared, feel hopeless, sad & lonely. When I realized it was the time when I knew dad wasnt going to make it thru the winter. Id prepare myself before hand. Go to ceremony, making offering to guide me a kind way. It became easier to deal with. Their is never a day that goes by that I dont smile when I think of him. He always said, remember our good times, theyll help you thru the hard times. Death is not a punishment. But part of this life. We were born into this world to die one day. So always be good to family and the ones you love. Cuz thatll help you thru your grief...
