My ankle is doing much better. My range of motion is back. Ive been strengthening with bungee exercises, using my bosu ball for stability & stretching the akle with a balance disk. Ive adjusted my diet to focus on tissue repair & have upped my level of healthy fats, ginger, turmeric & vegetables. I added Shilajit, Ashwagandha, Arnica & Krill oil back into my diet to aid in the recovery process. If I continue to progress at my current rate, I plan on going to OSP Saturday morning. Level 1 sprains can heal in 10 days & Im not sure if I have a sprain or just a minor overstretching. My ankle didnt bruise or swell up at all. If I do skate Saturday, Ill be taking it easy & just carve the pool & bowl. No ollies, airs etc. If everything goes well, I might do 50 50 grinds on the small mini but no frontside disasters.
