My company Greenwich Wood Products is looking for someone to help me part time, two or three afternoon/nights per week(from say 4 pm to 8pm) with the bookkeeping and general office work. This includes sending invoices, paying bills, organizing customer files, using Excel for monthly expense reports, writing checks to subcontractors and employees, dealing with workers comp and other related tasks. Pay is negotiable. I am looking for someone who is really organized, doesnt ask a lot of questions(because you are so ridiculously knowledgeable and on top of all of it) and who is very reliable. This is a position that will be long term, with maybe a break of 6-8 weeks around the winter holiday season. Before I place an ad elsewhere, I figured I would see who I could potentially find here. The work would have to take place in my office in Cranston. At this point I would rather catch javelins than deal with more piles of paperwork.
