My crafter and vendor friends: Vendor needed for the July 26 and 27 event at Kinder Farm Park Thank you for your interest in this event. I would like to reiterate that this event is an OUTSIDE event at an athletic event. Children aged 5- 15, plus family and friends will be in attendance. The spots are along a sidewalk that winds through the athletic complex. Our location will be concentrated at and behind the concession stand area by the main fields: kinderfarmpark.org/images/parkMap.pdf We are encouraging vendors to have reasonably priced games and colorful displays. You keep all profits over and above rental fee. The fine print; You can not drive to a spot. Set up can begin at 8 am unless other arrangements are approved. There is no overnight security. You must provide your own tent/ table/ set up for your spot There is no electricity. Fees are non refundable. We are happy to have you!!! It is solely up to your discretion as to whether or not you wish to participate as there have been multiple vendors offering the same types of items, especially handmade jewelry and soaps. As I do not know how different these items can be, there may be more than one of you unless someone tells me otherwise. If it is a brand that is fairly recognizable, I can tell you if I have a vendor for that or not. Basically, if I have a check in hand, the first person to send it to me gets the spot and a confirmation. What there will be: KIDS, lots of them. Their parent(s). Coaches from local high schools. Foot traffic. Hopefully abundant sunshine. The concession stand will be open as well as Jeno’s cheesesteak. I am NOT allowed to have any other READY to EAT products, as there is a county Blah, blah, blah with the food concession stand. Therefore, I have had to turn away cupcakes and ice cream, food trucks and other vendors who did not read that fine print piece of information. Trust me, I would have LOVED to have them at this event, but, again, there are blah, blah, blah rules preventing me from doing so. Just don’t bring ready to eat food items please.
