My current thoughts: I keep hearing negative talk about the young generation in areas of local community, work place, religion and etc.. My issue with this - I dont see enough seasoned folks developing and providing true wisdom and innovation to the younger generation!! Instead I see the result of forcing old methods and not embracing CHANGE!! there is a lack of a fresh new eye from the seasoned generation. You are dealing with a NEW generation, where are the innovators of education, career development and religion?? If your method is so correct and it works, innovate it to capture the attention of the rising generation!! Ill tell you this, we are NOT going backwards, the world is always evolving. WHY is it taking corporate, community and religion so long to evolve?? BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE FRESH BLOOD BEING GROOMED TO TAKE things further... the LACK of change is going to greatly impact some of these organizations!! The younger generation cant comprehend being on a job for 20 and 30 years and they WONT comprehend it!! ITS NOT THE TIME THAT WE CURRENTLY LIVE IN! Im not saying we should have things supper quick and easy either. The seasoned generation needs to take responsibility of innovative development of the younger generation or move the heck out of the way. How ever you put it, there is to much blockage for the new generation to rise and go further!!! We need both young and old working together for the greater good and that is the FUTURE!!!
