My dear family and friends I need you all very much during this time. We were just informed by the doctor that this is the end. Kim will ultimately subcum to this illness. We have a choice to make; do we make all effort to make him comfortable and have his quality of life remain close to how it is now; or opt out for surgery which he only has a 25 percent chance of making it through the initial surgery and a 99 pecent chance of having other complications. It is a very hard decision and we could use all the prayers and support you can give.
