My dear friends of fb who are Christians: just a thought...if we truly believe that our words and declarations are powerful and life and death is in the power of the tongue, then what would happen if we started declaring that not one person who has come in contact with the Ebola patient would be infected instead of posting articles blasting declarations that the next big outbreak is on its way. And what if we began declaring that these Isis people would have incredible encounters with Jesus and have Saul to Paul experiences and that there would be beauty for ashes for those suffering in those places affected and there would be one of the greatest revivals ever in Iraq and it would all blow up in the Devils face! Instead of thinking posting and declaring how this is the end, or Gods judgement, or how its coming to America?? Seriously, if it was the end the church would be a powerful, radiant and spotless bride...not cowering, fearful and hopeless. And I know how incredibly hard it is to pray for leaders we dont like and judge them....but now more than ever what if we stopped assuming the worst, posting how much we hate them and what idiots they are and began declaring wisdom from heaven over them, that there would be eyes and ears coming forth and sharing vital information so that our leaders can do a good job protecting us and believe they have good intentions because God can do so much with that. What if??? I honestly think theres so much fear in the world right now because of the church releasing hope and the word of God, and his promises and how faithful and good He is we have gotten sucked into fear and we are thinking and saying the same things the world is saying. What if we changed the atmosphere with our words! Yes I understand its good to be informed...but if you must read every article be careful what you post and what you do with the information youre processing.
