My digital detox is over. Lindsay Czarniak, Delano and I went to Florida last week and while I wont bore you with all the details, I think the pics below do a great job of telling at least part of the story. Yes, on our deep sea fishing adventure she actually caught that thing---a 49 inch, 30 lb mahi. Yes, we ate part of it and yes, next time youre over, you can see it because were having that sucker mounted. And yes, i caught the less dynamic fish in the next picture. It never felt threatened, more annoyed and amused than anything. It laughed. I threw it back. Ive never pretended to be a fisherman. Now that the vacation is over, feel free to wake up early with me the rest of the week on Today Show. Savannah Guthrie left for a bit to have a baby, so that means, for a few days, Natalie will be playing Savannah and Ill play Natalie. Ill have your news. No fishing tips.
