My family and I are moving to Portland in 2 weeks and need to sell our trailer in Park Rose trailer park in Roseburg, OR ASAP! I have a job waiting for me up there and they want me to start in 2 weeks or sooner. So please tell anyone u know that May be looking for a place to call there own and has cash on hand for this type of purchase. This is a Single wide trailer with; two bed, one bath. Its a Newly remodeled and painted not so mobile home. ;) it comes with all appliances: fridge, stove, washer, and dryer. Has 1 ceiling fan in the living room and another in the smaller bedroom! Living room and master bedroom have air conditioners in windows, and there is a spot in the living room set up for the option to insert a small fireplace. The trailer has a covered front porch and back porch, with storage under the back porch! Also has small detached 3x4 wood shed! There are a few things that could be fixed up a bit but nothing major. This trailer is located in the Park Rose trailer park near DC CO OP area and space rent is $300 a month. Asking $5,000 cash.
