My friend, Im sure that you have heard the expression: have a fire in your belly According to the dictionary if you have fire in your belly, you are ready to fight with energy and determination for what you believe is right Heres my question to you: Have you ever received a Word from God that you decided not to share with others or held it back against Gods will before sharing because you believed it was the right thing to do? If so, I can guarantee that you experienced exactly what Jeremiah did when he did not speak of the Lord as recorded in Jeremiah 20:9(AMP) If I say, I will not make mention of [the Lord] or speak any more in His name, in my mind and heart it is as if there were a burning fire shut up in my bones. And I am weary of enduring and holding it in; I cannot [contain it any longer]. And how can I be so sure that you experienced what Jeremiah did? Easy! Because I have experienced it. Ive received a Word from God and foolishy decided not to share it immediately, because I wanted to be sure that it was God speaking. Heres what happened. Very soon I had this war between flesh and Spirit going on. The Spirit won! The fire of God (the Word, the Holy Spirit) within me would not let me stay silent. I shared the Word with the person it was meant for and since then Ive never held back. You see I realized that the Word of God can not be contained! All you have to do is summarized beautifully in Romans 12:11(AMP) Never lag in zeal and in earnest endeavor; be aglow and burning with the Spirit, serving the Lord. Turns out that fire in your belly is the Holy Spirit...!!! Be Blessed!!!!! Deon
