My frustrating interaction with IRCTC customer care regarding a complaint about their website design. Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that if the captcha is hidden then please re-click on the error .....Further note that without error screen shot we are unable to forwarded your mail so ,please send us the error message ......so we may pursue the matter. It is impossible to guess what the captcha characters are in some cases. ‘q’ & ‘g’ look the same. ‘y’ & ‘v’ look the same. So I have to guess what the characters are. And most of the time I get a “invalid captcha” error because of that. Recently after upgrading next generation interface there is a problem when I use the website on an iPad. The screen lay out hides the captcha string partially. It is very difficult to login because I have to guess what the string is. This happens on both Safari browser as well as Chrome browser on iPad.
