My gift to you all women.....( men can du this aswell) NB: drink lots ov water daily. Always tighten your stomach wen doing any excersizes.... DONT give up Eat alot ov good fats auch found in AVOCADOS AND NUTS...stay away feom slaaaap chips, acids etc. JUST STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD eat lots ov veggies Drink a cup ov hot boild water in the morning 30 min before u eat breakfast n aswel 30 min before u eat dinner (U can add sum lemon juice in the water or u can drink green tea instead ov water BUT PLEASE NO SUGAR IN THE GREEN TEA TUU) u gna feel it more on ur thighs...if it becums painful aftr working out then dont panic, means u doing the right thing. U shud feel it on ur thighs, glutes and buttocks.... ABASHWWWWEEEE GEH... LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD LUCK oohhh and remmbr ALWAYS TIGHTEN YOUR STOMACH HAPPPPYYYY SUNDAY ✌✊
