My good friend Adam Feit just sent me these...his after pics after losing 40lbs through Precision Nutrition Coaching. Adam is a former NFL strength coach (Carolina Panthers) and now runs Reach Your Potential Training in Tinton Falls, NJ. Your support over these past few months (and years for JB) have allowed me to not only reach my personal best in terms of physical health, but also established a rock solid base of continuing pursuit of personal excellence.
