My greatest joy in the Yes movement was the inclusive nature of the movement. The fact that we were trying to move forwards, with each other on a level par, no matter your own political views, what i dont understand is that some higher echelons, now claim the yes campaign dead in the water. big mistake, we are alive and well and still carrying on with the goal of independence, the yes campaign is what brought us together, now all we seem to have are a miriad of splinter groups, vying for members, and springing up everywhere, i am asking folks not to be too hastily drawn to these new groups, stick with the groups, you had already been members of, and know, i attended a meeting last night, attended by over 400 people in ayr town hall, all in all it was quite a good meeting, with good points being raised, highlight for me was jim caddis (ssp) who wants a cross party leadership in the said group, with reps from all parties who have independence in their manifesto, snp ssp greens, and more than a few independents, so i would hope for this to happen sooner rather than later, or we end up following one partys vision, we are a grassroots campaign and this must be recognised, the peoples voice must be heard. I still continue to hope and pray for Independence, and I would sincerely hope that a new Scotland would be more compassionate and inclusive. I wish you all well. Saor Alba
