My hubbie found a dog chained to a telephone pole in Elmont when he was picking up garbage someone dumped this poor dog and surrounded around garbage bags all tangled in his chain she must of been out in that thunder and lightening storm poor baby. My husband called the cops and than followed up with the town of hempstead animal control he was so pissed this is the 4th dog he saved.......He waited for the cops and sat with her and comforted this poor baby.....I just love my husband he has a heart of gold
