My husband and I had wonderful fresh vegan/vetetarian meals at Brown Sugar Thai Cuisine (new location in Lakewood and older location in Rocky River) The thing that impressed us the most was the freshness of the food. My husbands dish on the top: The Lunch Box Special called Green Garden came with soup, salad, 2 vegetable siam rolls, (or vegan option available) the main dish had 12 different veggies in it plus tofu and a nice not overly thick peanut sauce and brown or white rice. (no up charge for brown rice) I ordered Veggie Pad Thai no egg and the waitress asked me if I wanted fish sauce or not. Price was a little high, but I didnt mind paying a few extra dollars for the obviously very fresh and excess of high quality veggies... (Green Garden meal included zucc, yellow squash, sweet potato, snow peas, carrot, baby corn, broccoli, eggplant, green and red pepper, pineapple, green beans then tofu) Veggie pad Thai was not overloaded with just noodles like some places give you and not overloaded with cheap veggies like onions, celery and cabbage. These were high quality veggies.
