My mom is on Lipitor but is interested in trying lemongrass for cholesterol. She has high blood sugar (side effect of Lipitor) and would like to try Slim and Sassy to regulate her blood sugar. However, there is grapefruit oil in that blend. One should avoid grapefruit while on Lipitor. However, from what I understand, there are no known negative interactions between Lipitor and Slim and Sassy. So the only recommendation is consulting ones physician first, correct? Tried performing a such first....thanks!
