My name is Jonath. I ordered item Sony xperia U black color on may 4th 2013. Order id : OD30504031782.Amount 12690.I received was damaged condition. So i raised complaint to flipkart toll free. They said we will arrange the replacement, then after long days on may 25th, bluedart guy came and collect the defective item. But still this time they didn’t give replacement and refund, even iam asking 100 times. No one going to resolve this issues. Everone saying Flipkart is doing very good Online services, but now it seems not like that. Very Slow, Irresponsive, Not responding, Slow action, No reply, Taking much time to give single reply. I really lose my trust and believeneess. Customer Care team members were not responding properly. They were rude and telling new new answers. Always telling lie stories. No updates. They think to cheat my amount 12690/- Please don’t buy with them, Pls its my humble request.
