My parents left for a long overdue vacation Friday. While on vacation, my mom started having back pains and saw the doctor on the cruise ship. He gave her some meds for apparent kidney stones. On Monday my dad took my mom to the hospital with even more severe back pain. After some tests they discovered she had an aortic aneurysm. She had successful surgery Monday to repair it and the Drs think they stopped the leaking. They are reducing her sedation meds to bring her out of her coma today. Please keep her, my dad and the Drs in your prayers. Thanks in advance!
