My poor baby girl is on her 5th day of being sick and 3rd day out of school. First she had a fever then came the severe sore throat which she still has then a slight rash. She has had 3 strep tests that came back negative. Advil and Tylenol wont take the pain away. She hasnt been able to eat in days even drinking hurts. Its taken her over an hour to eat a cup of mashed potatoes tonight. Finally her doctor today gave her a prescription for Tylenol w/ codeine to try and take some of the pain away and drew blood for Mono. I hope we get some kind of answers, it pains me to see her this way.
