My rant...... I wish more of those who bash IIFYM ( Flexible Dieting ) would at least take time to understand it. Some do, but most who bash it dont get it, or purposely deceive people. Heres a clue, its not people who just eat a bunch of junk all day! Those who flexible diet eat mostly foods high in micronutrients, just like those who eat clean. Its not for everyone, most of us understand that, its another option for people, an option that many are using successfully. :-)
