My roommate is moving out of the country and I am looking for someone to fill her room. The new lease begins September 1, 2014 with an option to sublet for the month of August. Located in one of the best locations on Dizengoff close to Ben Gurion. Looking for a tidy, professional female 27+ who must love cats, and doesnt mind piano music being played in the apartment. The room is not furnished, but for the right price my current roommate will sell her furniture. Currently there is a big bed closet and couch, with lots of extra room and big sliding doors to the back porch. I have provided pics, but my camera is not the greatest. Apartment is very big (78 sq. meters) : 2 large bedrooms, salon, kitchen, dining room, and a back porch which has very big sliding windows which open up to really nice foliage. I have been living in the apartment for 4 years now, so there are lots of furniture, kitchenware, and appliances in the apartment already. (espresso machine, oven, grill, toast maker, microwave, more...) There is a 24 hour store directly across the street, as well as access to most bus lines within a 2 min walk. The beach is also a 6 min. walk from the front door of the apartment. Please message me to set up a time to come see the room.
