My short Topic (Schoolgirl’s dropout) Dropping out of school is still the main problem which needs to solve in Cambodia country. There is increasing of female students who give up of their education at the early age. In spite of the fact that schoolgirls have known that education is very important for their standard living, they are still force their mind to drop out of school because of they live in poor family. These happen more seriously in the rural areas than in the urban areas, owing to the fact that they needs to find a job to support their family. Especially, they go to Phnom Penh to do the worker in garment factories; moreover, some schoolgirls help their parents to work in their rice fields. Another reason, tradition is the main factor for schoolgirls to give up of school also. For Khmer culture, woman is considered to be a weaker being than man, thus they receive less support in any areas of recognition. Education for Cambodian woman is no exception. In conclusion, poverty is the main problem which is making schoolgirls to drop out of school.
