My sister gave me the most wonderful book last week and it has helped me so much!!! On the days where I might not be feeling good yet, still feeling pretty worn out and not strong. On the days where Im feeling pretty lonely and blue and frustrated over things like bills and pain and car problems and just life in general, I open up Jesus Calling and read the page for the day. It is so strange sometimes. It almost seems like the pages were arranged just for me and how Im feeling that day. If you know me very well, you know Im not the most open person when it comes to religion. Some things Im pretty quiet and private about. Right now, Im not too sure where Im going with this. I guess Im just learning to let things go and trust and to be so very thankful for all the wonderful people, friends and family that he has put in my life. Life is a whole lot less stressful when you learn to stop worrying and trust that there are just some things that he needs to handle for you if you let him. Through all the ups and downs and frustrations, I know its going to be OK... Thanksgiving is next week and there are so many things to be thankful for!!!
