My son and I were going to buy glasses at Pearl on March 3rd. Half way through the process I told her to help someone else and we would stop back because I needed cash anyway. We returned and she was busy, so we left and decided to look elsewhere since we didnt really like them. TODAY I try to order glasses only to be told that my insurance just paid for a pair to Pearl on March 26th. Pearl says they arent in yet, but were ordered on the 26th, just mine, not my sons. Im so pissed! Obviously Im going to be stuck with the pair I didnt really like since the insurance has already paid. But I dont think its fair! After 3 weeks she just orders them, without even calling me? YES she has my number. I feel like they owe me something, Im just wondering what others would think is reasonable. I at least think they should upgrade or give me some type of credit. Any suggestions before I speak to her tomorrow? (I am not above threats of attorneys or reporting of insurance fraud) ;)
