My strength was tested tonight. First of i believe that there is no reason anyone should ever disrespect another person no excuse to ever do something like that. So when i see someone do it it makes my blood boil and my rage wants to come out but whats worse is tonight my step dad went off on his mother and that is a huge thing the really makes my blood boil i wanted to yell back but when someone disrespects their own mother who raised them and made sure they were healthy and clothed and brought them into this world i wanted to attack him. This is something i dont tolerate at all but i knew it would of been better not to do any of those so i went for a walk to clear my head. This is the only kind of anger/rage i have trouble controlling. Its the only type that actually makes me want to attack someone. So i did good tonight was hard to walk away from and tell my self it wouldnt be worth it. That is true strength.
