My teacher, Eleanor Criswell Hanna is introducing Hanna Somatic Education to the children of Mexico through this multi level research study. These children live in some of the poorest and most violent areas of Mexico. Somatics is an amazing adaptability skill that is helping these children to cope with their current environment, stay physically and mentally healthy through self care, and in less than optimal circumstances learn to thrive towards a positive future. Somatics is so much more than meets the eye! Thank you Eleanor for continuing to move Hanna Somatics in new and needed directions.
