My thoughts on the triple feature I had today in Northbay. Hercules: Better than I expected, not much substance or story at all to it but some great action and effects, a few laughs, kind of emotional. 6.8/0 Guardians of the Galaxy: Not as great as expected but still great, pacing wasnt the best, action not as satisfying as should have been in a Marvel movie, super lame main villian, not very emotional, but still pretty funny, good/unique characters, great effects and world aesthetic, and some good action and story. 8/10 Lucy: Requires way too much substance of disbelief, a little too much on the nose with the symbolism, would have enjoyed some more action and not as quick of a beginning, but the action it has is fun, has an interesting take on life as we know it and Scarlett Johannson is a pleasure to watch. 6.5/10
