NATIONAL OFFICIALS PROGRAMME The African National Congress will celebrate its 103rd anniversary at the Cape Town Stadium, Western Cape, this weekend, 10 January 2015. As part of the build up programme for the anniversary, the National Officials will embark on door-to-door campaign, blitz and attend public meetings across the province.
