NCGS 136-32(d)... (d) Sign Placement. - The permittee must obtain the permission of any property owner of a residence, business, or religious institution fronting the right-of-way where a sign would be erected I have learned the last few days that not all businesses or residents with the incumbent signs actually support him...its humbling when a business owner calls me asking for a large wooden sign because the yard sign placed in front of his business was done without permission!! I have personally delivered 98% 450-/+ of the signage in supporters yards and have personally been contacted by them.
