NE Minneapolis: Livability and Infrastructure priority questions This story indicates that the water line that broke overnight in the St. Anthony Main area is "privately owned," but also indicates that this is the 3rd significant water main break near DT Mpls in a year. What is the responsibility of the city to plan for and prioritize the repair and replacement of our aging water mains and lines to guard against a large scale service disruption incident or multiple incidents that threaten the water security of Minneapolis residents? These are questions that need to be asked of our representatives and those running for office.
