NEVER EVER FOR SALE- Am Just Curious What Others Think Flash: purebred QH gelding, 14.2hh and 10 years old. He has done everything; dressage, hacking, jumping, eventing, vaulting, sporting and some cow stuff (not with me). Has competed state level sporting and his best event is bounce pony which he has gotten 9 seconds, i have hudreds of ribbons from local gymkhanas. However, he loves and excels at show jumping, he competes anywhere up to 1m courses, but has jumped 1.3m at home confidently. I have recently started doing some basic vaulting things with him and he is very accepting of it all. He previously was a lesson horse. He loves swimming, he is quite happy to stand in the waves at the beach or in a dam as you jump off him, then climb back on, and I can do this all day. Absolutely no buck, kick, bite, bolt or rear. He is perfect for the farrier (isn’t shod as he has perfect hard feet), and great to worm and float. He has no scars. He is the sort of horse that would live in the house if you let him, he is more than happy to stand with you. He has a beautiful nature, and would do anything for me. His ONLY two down falls are that occasionally he is hard to catch, but with a carrot he is fine. Also, he is night blind, which we have only found to affect him when jumping indoors, he just needs a little more time for his eyes to adjust when going in and out of the undercover arena. He never grows a long coat so if rugged during winter or when it is raining, and the he is rugged during summer to keep the flies off him. He is a gorgeous boy who has a very kind soul and will give anything a go. So what is he worth? Thanks
